It was a huge issue for me and stopped me getting on with tasks efficiently. I really felt as though things were going pear shaped but it has all been resolved!     I should like to thank you and Michael for all your help and advice following the recent installation of new photocopiers in our school. Your name was given to us through our school Alliance and I would have no hesitation in recommending Gemini to other customers. We were so pleased with the speed and efficiency of the installation, together with the support and advice we received from all Gemini staff involved, that we decided to upgrade our telephone system shortly after. The Gemini team are to be complimented on their efficiency and professionalism and particularly with accommodating us during school holidays when it’s more convenient for work to be carried out. However, there was little, if any disruption on either occasion. Gemini staff were on site for two days offering training (and help) for the use of both sets of equipment and we can’t thank you enough for being so obliging and patient!!!!. As with anything, we have experienced minor teething problems but again I can’t speak highly enough of how quickly and efficiently our concerns were dealt with mainly involving personal visits by one of the Gemini Team. It is refreshing to receive such excellent Customer Care service and I can only reiterate that we would be delighted to recommend Gemini to other customers.
