Moving to full IP was something we were keen on - to take advantage of the savings as well as the additional features over our traditional PSTN services. Gemini took care of the whole process and we seamlessly migrated without issue.

After failing to get an adequate communications solution from our existing supplier, we approached Gemini. They advised us on a future proof IP-based communication system that is fully ready for the PSTN switch off. Their expert team took care of the setup. Gemini installed it on all of our sites, and it worked across our existing network without any fuss. It has shown us cost savings on the previous setup and made us more efficient when communicating. Looking back, we can’t believe we didn’t do it sooner.

Moving from our ISDN based system to IP was very painless (to my relief) Gemini kept us informed through the process as we migrated our sites with minimum disruption. We are now fully ready for the PSTN switch off.

Although we are only one day into the use of the system the feedback I have received from the team is excellent and I already know we have made an excellent choice with this product. The system is easy to use, the functionality is excellent and I am sure as time goes on we will utilise this more and more to improve the business. I know Dave at Leeds faced a slightly tougher task as discussed and I would personally like to record the Companies appreciation for everything he did for us. We made the switch to Wildix a few months after we went into lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic. With all our team working from home we were managing by routing phone calls to mobile phones, which was less than ideal. We wanted a system that provided the freedom to work from anywhere and still feel connected as a team. Wildix ticked all the boxes and Gemini made the switch over easy and stress-free. After struggling with an out of date phone system during the first lockdown, we took the plunge, and on the advice of Gemini - moved to Wildix. After no time at all, we all had brand new handsets, and Toby was on zoom to teach us how to connect with our mobiles and make the most of all the other features. Now we can switch from working in-studio to working from home without any hassle and forward calls on from anywhere.
